Shipping & Return Policy

**SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES CONSIDERING THERE ARE NO DELAYS WITH THE RESPECTIVE COURIER COMPANY**

If you need to reschedule your delivery, pick up your parcel after an attempt has been made, or to get additional status updates on your tracking, please contact USPS, UPS, or DHL directly with questions. You can find your shipping courier by clicking your tracking number.

Signature Required: A signature release is required for all packages. If you are unable to be at the delivery location to present a signature, please contact the postal courier to schedule a redelievery or arrange a pickup.

Refused or abandoned packages are considered as a return and will not be refunded, you will receive store credit. Please read "Return to Sender" for more information

Shipping Address: Nahara's Curls is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect addresses inputed at checkout. Please triple check your address during the checkout process, along with cross checking the address on your order confirmation email. Any and all new shipping charges incurred by wrong shipping address will paid by the customer

Return to Sender: If a package has been labeled as "Return to Sender", for any reason, the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges. All packages returned to sender are considered as a return, a Nahara's Curls representative will contact you once the package has been received. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we will automatically issue store credit minus the shipping fees. Store credit will go to the email address used to place the order.

Please save the gift card (store credit) email.

Once sent, we no longer have access to the gift card code and we cannot issue a new one

International Export Fees: For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for the customs/duty fees. Nahara's Curls is not responsible for the customs/duty fees. We encourage the customer to contact the shipping courier for more information

Holiday and/or Special Sales: Any and all discount and/or holiday sales are final sale. Once the sale has ended, Nahara's Curls can no longer provide/honor the sale price.

All purchases made during a sale period are final sale

  • Fast - In transit time 7-8 business days

  • Faster - In transit time 3 business days

  • Fastest - In transit time 2 business days

International Shipping Options:

  • Faster - In transit time 5-10 business days

  • Fastest - In transit time 1-4 business days

Returns

At this time Nahara’s Curls accepts returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Only clip-ins, wefted hair, u-part wigs, and closures are eligible for store credit.

All lace front wigs are final sale

 

To be eligible for store credit extensions must be in its original packaging, hair unopened or untied.

Exchange

Nahara's Curls does not offer exchanges at this time. We will issue store credit and from there you are welcome to order your preferred product! We understand everyone is on a time crunch, this method allows you to quickly purchase your desired product with a much less wait time.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued via email.

Please save the store credit/gift card email. Once sent we no longer have access to the gift card code and we cannot issue a new one.

We can not issue store credits or process refunds until your order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. Once approved, you will be emailed the store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping/discounts. Discount codes are non-transferable to new orders.

We do not offer cash refunds for our extensions, this also applies to return to sender orders/packages.

Please note that if the correct item was received, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.

 

We will not issue store credit until we have received the hair and it has been inspected and approved by a Nahara's Curls team member. We will send out an email notifying you once the return has been processed. (Always check your spam folder for our emails, sometimes we end up there)
 

Due to hygienic reasons, if the item has been tampered with, it is not eligible for a return. Items that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed or finger-combed are not eligible for returns.
 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not returned in its original condition. Make sure to check out our chart that lists each length to ensure you are picking the correct length for your desired look.
