Route Package Protection is an external software that guarantees your package's safety if it goes missing, gets stolen, or sustains damage during shipping. This protection lasts for 30 days after the shipping date, subject to certain conditions.
While you are not obligated to utilize this service, you have the option to decline it during the payment process. In such instances, it's important to note that Nahara's Curls is not liable for any issues, delays, or missing items that may arise with your package or shipment.
If there are any problems with your package and you did not select Route, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly for help.

It's worth noting that Route doesn't provide coverage for packages that are returned or exchanged. Their protection only applies while the package is in transit and doesn't cover any product-related concerns. If you have any such issues, please contact Nahara's Curls directly at email@example.com.
In the event that you purchased Route at checkout and need to make a claim, you can visit https://claims.route.com/ and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Claims cannot be filed before 7 days and must be submitted no later than 30 days after the package's shipping date if it goes missing in transit. For stolen or damaged packages, you must file a claim within 15 days of the shipping date.
Route may need to verify additional information before approving your claim.
