Shipping & Return Policy


**SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, CONSIDERING THERE ARE NO DELAYS WITH THE RESPECTIVE COURIER COMPANY**

Please remember, once the package is in the hands of the shipping courier it is out of our control. Nahara’s Curls is not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. Nahara's Curls does not provide refunds for shipping labels (including express shipping), and we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the chosen shipping courier (including express shipping).

We strongly recommend buying your hair at least 2 weeks before your installation. Shipping estimates are usually accurate, but unfortunately there may be unexpected delays with the courier. We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist each customer to the best of our ability.

Shipping & Processing Times:
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how processing times may affect your delivery estimate.

Order Processing:
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM PST → Processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM PST, on weekends, or holidays → Processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes:
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) → The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) → Delivery time begins once the order has been shipped.

💡 Example:
- An order placed on Friday at 3 PM PST will be processed and shipped on Monday, with express shipping arriving between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your delivery status. Please note that unexpected carrier delays are outside of our control, but we are happy to assist with tracking issues.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, pick up your parcel after an attempt has been made, or to get additional status updates on your tracking, please contact USPSUPS, or DHL directly with questions. You can find your shipping courier by clicking your tracking number.

 

Signature Required: A signature release is required for all packages. If you are unable to be at the delivery location to present a signature, please contact the postal courier to schedule a redelievery or arrange a pickup.

Refused or abandoned packages are considered as a return and will not be refunded, you will receive store credit. Please read "Return to Sender" for more information

 

Shipping Address: Nahara's Curls is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect addresses inputed at checkout. Please triple check your address during the checkout process, along with cross checking the address on your order confirmation email. Any and all new shipping charges incurred by wrong shipping address will paid by the customer

 

Return to Sender: If a package has been labeled as "Return to Sender", for any reason, the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges. All packages returned to sender are considered as a return, a Nahara's Curls representative will contact you once the package has been received. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we will automatically issue store credit minus the shipping fees. Store credit will go to the email address used to place the order.

Always check your spam folder, sometimes we get redirected

 

Please save store credit email.

If you need help getting the store credit code again, please contact us via email to have the code re-issued.

 

International Orders: Taxes, Duties, and Customs Charges: Please note that international customers may be subject to sales tax, duties, and/or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping costs.

The specific taxes and customs fees vary depending on the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details on applicable charges before placing your order.

Nahara's Curls is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees incurred during shipment. If delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable taxes and duties, as well as the cost of returning the package to us if they should occur.

Please understand that cash refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

Holiday and/or Special Sales: Any and all discount and/or holiday sales are final sale. Once the sale has ended, Nahara's Curls can no longer provide/honor the sale price.

  • In transit time 3-4 business days
  • In transit time 1-2 business days

International Shipping Options:

  • In transit time 5-10+ business days
  • In transit time 1-4 business days
