Route Package Protection is an external, licensed software solution (backed by Seg Insurance Ltd. via Route Insurance Solutions) that guarantees coverage if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping—even covered by a marine cargo policy and fully compliant with state regulations
Coverage Period:
Protection lasts for 30 days from the shipping date, with claim windows based on the date or status of your shipment

- Optional Service: You’re not required to use Route; you can decline it during checkout.
- No Route = No Liability: If declined, Nahara’s Curls isn’t responsible for any delivery issues.
