Route Package Protection is an external software that guarantees your package's safety if it goes missing, gets stolen, or sustains damage during shipping. This protection lasts for 30 days after the shipping date, subject to certain conditions.
While you are not obligated to use this service, you can decline it when you're about to make a payment. In such a case, Nahara's Curls is not responsible for any issues that may occur with your package. If there are any problems with your package and you did not select Route, you should directly contact the shipping company for help.

It's worth noting that Route doesn't provide coverage for packages that are returned or exchanged. Their protection only applies while the package is in transit and doesn't cover any product-related concerns. In the event that you purchased Route at checkout and need to make a claim, you can visit https://claims.route.com/ and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Claims cannot be filed before 7 days and must be submitted no later than 30 days after the package's shipping date if it goes missing in transit. For stolen or damaged packages, you must file a claim within 15 days of the shipping date.
Route may need to verify additional information before approving your claim.
