After this period, fulfilled and shipped orders are no longer eligible for cancellation and are only eligible for store credit. Hair is measured straight and curly extensions shrink, just like your own hair. We want you to feel confident about picking the correct length for your desired style. Please read further to ensure you are purchasing the correct length for your needs:

Tip: You can also measure at the nape of your neck to see where the hair falls, this will be the longest layer. Next, measure right above the ear, this will be the middle layer. Last, measure where you want your part, this will be the shortest layer.

All extensions are measured in their fully straight state. Your extensions will measure 5"/6" shorter than the listed length when in its kinky/curly state; extensions listed as 18" will actually measure 12"/13" when kinky/curly.
