Need to Cancel? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed or before they are fulfilled and shipped, whichever comes first. After this period, fulfilled and shipped orders are no longer eligible for cancellation and are only eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires, so you can use it at any time for future purchases.

The product is not worth the money yoh spend, it’s overpriced. Plus the additional charges from DHL.
The hair itself amazing , much better compared to the clips in - yet I bought 2 bundles , in addition to clips in - still not enough for my head will need at least 3 bundles

I needed 2 TULA bundles in time for a destination wedding in December. My order was shipped quickly and I received nothing but compliments the entire cruise. I got Amala hair, I love how light the hair is, it’s not heavy but yet it’s full. It does not have a smell after washing it and it doesn’t shed much. I also added color and it colors well. I definitely recommend this company.

This is my first time ordering the Taj hair and it’s gorgeous! Its thick and voluminous which is exactly the look I was going for. Not to mention how soft it is, plus it matches my texture to a “T” I would also like to say that the customer service was really good I made a mistake on my order and reached out and was contacted promptly.
My package was secured & safely delivered to me without any issues!

I cannot stress enough this enough - this is the very best wig I've ever had. I've been looking for a high quality wig that mimics natural hair for so long, and I'm so glad I've finally found your service! The colour, texture, cut and length are perfect. It's comfortable and secure. Amazing, confidence through the roof. The only thing I would say is, I had to pay £180 in international delivery charges because I have to pay 20% of the value of the item. Next time, please note on the package that the value of the item is like £20 instead (I used to do this with other wig companies too :)).
With the cost of the product the Route Package Protection should be included. Or provided at a lesser cost. I felt like I did not have any other option.
