Please note: Nahara’s Curls is not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We strongly recommend buying your hair at least 2 weeks before your scheduled hair appointment or vacation. The shipping estimates are usually accurate, but unfortunately, there may be some unexpected delays with the courier company. We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist each customer to the best of our ability.
Refund Policy: All refunds, including return-to-sender parcels, are issued in the form of store credit. If you require assistance with a delayed package or have any refund-related inquiries, please email us at contactus@naharascurl.com.

Need to Cancel? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed or before they are fulfilled and shipped, whichever comes first. After this period, fulfilled and shipped orders are no longer eligible for cancellation and are only eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires, so you can use it at any time for future purchases.

Amazing hair, perfect for multiple wears!!
I cannot stress enough this enough - this is the very best wig I've ever had. I've been looking for a high quality wig that mimics natural hair for so long, and I'm so glad I've finally found your service! The colour, texture, cut and length are perfect. It's comfortable and secure. Amazing, confidence through the roof. The only thing I would say is, I had to pay £180 in international delivery charges because I have to pay 20% of the value of the item. Next time, please note on the package that the value of the item is like £20 instead (I used to do this with other wig companies too :)).
Love Nahara's Aura. I do wish however there were more options with the cuts already defined for the price.
