Need to Cancel? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed or before they are fulfilled and shipped, whichever comes first. After this period, fulfilled and shipped orders are no longer eligible for cancellation and are only eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires, so you can use it at any time for future purchases.

Tip: You can also measure at the nape of your neck to see where the hair falls, this will be the longest layer. Next, measure right above the ear, this will be the middle layer. Last, measure where you want your part, this will be the shortest layer.

Hair is measured straight and curly extensions shrink, just like your own hair. We want you to feel confident about picking the correct length for your desired style. Please read further to ensure you are purchasing the correct length for your needs:

All extensions are measured in their fully straightened state. Curly and kinky-curly textures naturally shrink when worn in their coiled pattern — just like natural hair.

This means the length you see while the hair is curly will be shorter than the listed length.

Typical shrinkage by texture:

  • Tight coils / kinky-curly: 5–7 inches
  • Looser curls / waves: 3–5 inches

Example:

  • 14" straight length → appears approx. 8–9 inches when worn curly
  • To achieve a true 14" curly look, we recommend selecting 20–22 inches
